Installation Engineers
The majority of your time will be spent installing, commissioning, repairing and advising on both our own products and other makes of water softener. The job is salaried for a 40 hour week within office hours. We will provide a van and tools. Plumbing qualifications will be useful, but sufficient training will be provided to fully equip someone with good practical skills. You will need to be reliable, thorough and have a desire to make a good impression on customers.
Customer Advisers
The role of a customer adviser has been designed for those seeking flexible hours, with 12 hours per week being normal. The role does not involve pressure selling or technical expertise. Visiting customers in their homes, the aim is to be friendly, helpful and relaxed. KindWater will provide sales appointments, promotional materials and ongoing training. You will need to have access to a telephone and to provide your own transport and maps within the area covered.
Customer Service and Administration
Our head office administration and customer service team is located near Woodbridge in Suffolk. This will suit those seeking office based work involving computers and telephone contact with customers. Appropriate training will be given to make these jobs accessible if you are starting from scratch after a career break.
