Spas and Hot Tubs - Ordering & installation

To order your spa or to find out more, please e-mail info@kindwater.co.uk or telephone 0845 3700 420. We will be happy to answer any questions and to send you a brochure.
Once you are ready to place an order, we will book an installation date. A £1000 refundable deposit is required, with the balance by cheque or card upon completion of the installation. Payment can also be made by 10 monthly installments for an additional 5% charge.
Installation
Prices quoted include delivery and installation (subject to location and access). We will confirm arrangements and the suitability your chosen location at the time of order. The main issues that you will need to consider are:
- Is the location large enough, with level and compacted ground e.g. a patio not soft earth?
- Can the spa be wheeled into location over level, solid ground at least 1m wide and 2.5m clearance?
- Do I have a water supply to the location e.g. a hose?
- Do I have the right power supply to the location (this will require an electrician)?
Given these requirements, your KindWater engineer will soon have your spa up and running.
