To order your pool or to find out more, please phone KindWater on 0845 3700 420 (Monday to Friday 9-5). We will be happy to answer any questions and to send you a brochure.
Once you are ready to place an order, we will book an installation date. A £1000 refundable deposit is required, with the balance by cheque or card upon completion of the installation. Payment can also be made by 10 monthly instalments for an additional 5% charge.
Installation
Prices quoted include delivery and installation (subject to location and access) but not filling with water. We will confirm arrangements and the suitability your chosen location at the time of order. The main issues that you will need to consider are:
- Is the location large enough, with access to all sides of the pool?
- Is the ground level and compacted, free from sharp objects?
- Is there sufficient access to carry the pool kit round?
- Do I have a water supply to the location e.g. a hose?
- Do I have the right power supply to the location (13 amps)?
Given these requirements, your KindWater engineer will soon have your pool installed. It may just take you a little longer to fill it.
